I can’t seem to see any statistics for my site?

Yes, that's correct. By default, all the statistics software is disabled. You will need to enable the ones you wish to use for the hosting account. Below, is an outline of how this can be done.

Enabling your web statistics:

   1. Login to your cPanel (Login information is contained within your welcome email)
   2. Find the section entitled "Logs"
   3. Then click on "Choose Log Programs"
   4. Now, you will be enable the statistics that you wish to use (by checking the boxes)
   5. Then click on "Save"

* PLEASE NOTE: that it will take 24 hours from the time you enable the statistics for them to be populated in your cPanel statistics software.

Statistics from before where not recorded, so the only statistics that you will have is the ones going forward (from the time you do the above steps).

* Additional Note: We do NOT support the "Analog" software in our statistics offerings.
