My FTP is really slow or disconnects?

There is verity of reasons why this could happen. However, we will see if we can get the simplest ones answered. Please look below for options to try:

   1. Check to see if you have "Passive Mode" enabled. If it is enabled, please disable it and vice a versa.
   2. If the above didn't resolve this issue, try restarting your cable modem.
   3. Finally, you may want to make sure it's not an actual issue with your internet.
