Firewall Blocked

From time to time customers can get blocked by a firewall. Below is a quick guide on how to get this issue resolved.

When contacting support:

    * Clearly state the problem what folder is blocked? Can you get to the site at all?
    * If you can get to your site, what can't you get to?
    * Provide an IP Address, if it's different to the one your currently at (you may go to http://www.whatismip.com to obtain this information).

Other suggestions:

If your using an FTP application, and your site got blocked during the time when you where downloading / uploading files. We suggest that you lower you're: concurrent connection limit, and/or your upload simultaneous transfers down to about 2.
