Refunds are strictly not encouraged . Once an hosting account is setup and details delivered. You cannot cancel your account for a minimal period of One year, as all packages are registered for a minimum period of one year.
If you wish to cancel your account after a period of one year and wish not to renew it you can do so by emailing your domain name and cancellation request to cancellations@ideacubehosting.com , so that you wont be billed.
